Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Our bell times

Drop off and pick up

• Three gates will be open each morning:
  Gate 1: the front office on Campbell Street,
  Gate 4: canteen gate on Alfred Street and
  Gate 7: the bus gate on Wollombi Road.

  To assist students with morning routines at school, we ask that you say goodbye to your child at the gate, where they will be greeted by staff and then move to the playground or classroom.

• Three gates will be open each afternoon:
  Gate 1: the front office on Campbell Street,
  Gate 4: canteen gate on Alfred Street and
  Gate 8: the lights gate on Wollombi Road.
  Gate 7: the bus gate on Wollombi Road will only be accessible for students catching the bus.

  You are welcome to come into the school in the afternoon to collect your child and we ask that parents and carers wait in the playground, not in the buildings or nearby classrooms. The school gates are opened at 2:50pm. Teachers will not be available to talk to parents about their child in the afternoon and we ask that you telephone the school or contact your child's teacher via Seesaw if you wish to talk with your child’s teacher to make an appointment.

• Morning supervision begins at 8:30am and we request that you do not drop your child to school before 8:30am.
