Leap into Learning is our transition to school program for students starting school the following year.
New students are given the opportunity to learn, grow and develop skills in an interesting and challenging environment.
Leap into Learning provides a unique opportunity for children and family members alike to be introduced to school staff and routines in a caring environment.
This year, Leap into Learning has taken a different format due to COVID restrictions.
Our program is being delivered via SEESAW and activities are shared with the children each week.
Through videos and photos parents and care givers are encouraged to share their child’s work, thoughts and ideas and physical activities.
Each week the children can participate in rhymes, songs, action rhymes and finger plays, stories, fine and gross motor activities technology and creative activities.
Parents are provided with ideas for developmental learning activities to help in the development of language, maths and motor skills.
If your child is starting school next year, please contact our office on 02 4990 1637.
